Steve has over 30 years of experience in policing, crisis management, risk management, corporate compliance and business development.
Steve oversees the company’s group operations and has transformed the company from a one-man consultancy in 2006, to a diversified business, operating in both Australia and Cambodia.
Steve founded and was CEO of the not-for-profit organisation, SISHA International, between 2007 and 2013, where his reputation for assisting hundreds of exploited and vulnerable men, women and children was grown. His achievements include the development and coordination of numerous anti-human trafficking and child exploitation programs in South East Asia.
Steve is Chairman of the GEI energy venture and is an Advisory Director of Global Compliance for Australian renewable energy company, Global Green International Investments.

Born in Cambodia and fluent in 3 languages, Khmer, Korean and English, Shuly has extensive experience as a business representative and translator for Korean and Cambodian Government & Business delegations who conduct cross country trade.
Shuly holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Management and oversees SMCS Group financial operations and is responsible for SMCS Risk’s business development in Cambodia.
Shuly has previously held senior management positions at a large Singaporean Company involved in property development in Cambodia.
